I opened Krita and the Batman begins ost was playing. This just kind of happened. I began grey scale then overlayed colour. I'm enjoying leaving strokes unblended and will probably be doing a lot more of that, I'm still in my back to basics phase so a portrait meant not worrying a great deal about creating a dramatic composition. Next step will be a dramatic action scene and working with colour from the get go.
