Very Clean topology!
I use a panoramic Camera 180 degrees setup
2680000 faces
Render time as it is: 38 min (5000 samples) 32 Mb Ram and 2 Titan cards!
I won´t use so much DOF on that but will create the focus with colors and contrast (I want the details to show). This is going to be an evening scene.
Everything in the scene is my own Creation.
