I used textures from www.cgtextures.com while painting my textures and a sky texture from one of the packs CG Cookie released awhile back.
It's been a mild winter this year. The only snow so far has been on Halloween oddly enough. But if there was snow for me to build a snowman I would make one to help me keep in a summer frame of mind. :D I had a lot of fun doing this contest and tried to push myself.
