This project just came by itself, but it was very interesting as I used different efficient techniques for modeling, including a whole bunch of modifiers. You can find more perspectives and details on my BA thread.

May I ask how you textured the wiring to get it to look so real and detailed? I have a project modelled ready for texturing that has an old fashioned braided and twisted cable in it from the 1920's era. It is modelled the same as yours , only difference is that the wire will be a brownish colour. Im just curios to know as it would be great to achive a similar result.
