After making the corn and cactus easily enough, I thought I'd attempt to apply my new skills to something completely different. Not ready for prime time, it's supposed to be a Holiday Inn on the Moon. (I know,it looks more like a birthday cake on top of a very large corn of the cob.) Still, I did get to practice the vertex groups with the particle system, etc. some more.
