    QUESTION :
Will retopoflow will be avaliable in the 2.8 version ? :D

  • Jon Denning(gfxcoder)

Thibaut: yes, as long as it is obvious (to the algorithm) how to edit. You can always use the loops tool to add / remove loops, etc.

    Jon just got bigger

  • Omar Domenech(dostovel)

QUESTION: Can RetopoFlow be useful not only for characters but also if I want to retopo very intricate hard surface meshes?

After a full two years or more of work CG Cookie is releasing the long-awaited version 2.0 of RetopoFlow for Blender!

The development team went back to the drawing board (literally), taking everything we learned in 1.x and rebuilding the entire toolset from the ground up. RetopoFlow 2.0 introduces a cohesive retopology mode, whereby all tools work side-by-side, allowing for a fast and intuitive workflow that's not possible in any other Blender tool.

Join us for a live demo of RetopoFlow 2.0 with Jonathan Williamson and Jonathan Denning to get your questions about the add-on, retopology workflows, and the development process answered.
