Exploring RetopoFlow 3.0 for Blender 2.8

I would be quite hard to add edge loops to existing meshes yyonkers with any tool you might be best off using retopo in the traditional way

Would this be good for editing a mesh instead of adding a skin on top to cut into it and make the edge loops I need?

I love that poly pen tool it looks so easy to use
