Subd methods are really old, there are many great resources online on edgeflow and optimization.

haha. I think they try to keep live streams to an hour or hour and a half. but I have seen them go long sometimes
Good advice, when theorethical perfection makes you stop modelling just take a step back. :) Motivation is super important.
I sometimes do sculpting before retopology. Only sometimes.
