I remember the "good job" quote in the previews. I get the sentiment but I've never met the person that responds well to that. Arguably then I've never met a truly exceptional person? I have a hard time with that logic. But ultimately I need to see the film in full context
I'd say this "bad cop" technique is to be used with caution, and not on everyone.
