To save time, set your origin to the center of the object and use the symmetry paint features...

This makes it really easy to create hard surface details... and quite ironically, Substance Painter presently does not support multiple axis symmetry (mirroring in more than one axis at a time) which Blender DOES! That said, Substance Painter is an incredible tool for painting PBR textures. Apparently, there are more symmetry features in the works, so hopefully we will get this feature soon in SP, along with radial symmetry. But good 'ol Blender beat them to it... :-)
