This video contains quite a dry material with those lot of settings, but hold on having also a lot of inspirations and by that treasures :-)
For me that was the full control on the freestyle lines by leaving only Edge Mark flagged, then going into Edit mode and selecting the desired concrete edges, then pressing Ctrl - E to select Mark Freestyle Edge
