SquashControl doesn't keep the value I set

I followed tut procedure, I inserted key frame value. Z to 0.

But its value doesn't keep zero and changed to 0.84531 everytime.

I also looked into F-Curve SquashControl doesn't keep the value I set.

I use blender 2.79
