Stuck... I can't get anything to appear in the UV Editor area except the blank background grid. I have divided my workspace between 3d view on the left, and UV editor on the right.
I create a cube. I use "N" to verify the name of the cube is Cube.
I select the new cube. I go into Edit Mode.
I select Object Data (triangle icon) in the RH sidebar. I create a new UV map for Cube in the UV maps box. I verify that the selected object is Cube.
I select all of Cube (in edit mode) using A. I then hit U and get the Unwrap menu. I select any unwrap option (none of them works). Nothing ever appears in the UV editor window! I think I've followed the tutorial instructions exactly, yet I can't get anything at all to appear in the UV edit area.
