Hello! First time poster and blender noob here. Blender user for about a couple months now and have been trying to learn mostly from youtube tutorials. I challenged myself to try and model an X Wing (recently just watched the new Star Wars) and here is the current result. As a beginner, this one took me a while to model. (I'm sure the same result could be achieved a lot faster and more efficiently had I used the right techniques.) I tried my best to follow the reference images I found online as accurately as I could, but a lot of the images are slightly different from each other so I added my own touch on some parts of the model.
My next challenge is to try and learn Cycles Rendering and make this model more realistic looking. Any advice or links to good tutorials will be greatly appreciated!
