I've been working on creating faces for a bit, but I've never gone beyond a simple sculpt with simple materials. I took the challenge to go the whole way. I'm proud of this as a beginning, and I've learned a lot from this one.
I followed the recent eyeball tutorial on CGCookie in addition to an eyebrow tutorial on Youtube, but otherwise, if I referenced tutorials to figure out how to do something, it was a very specific thing. It was fun, and honestly felt freeing to be like, "oh hey, yeah, I feel like I have a vision and I know how to bring this to life."
I'll keep practicing, obviously, I know there's a lot more that could have been done, but this experience was quite worthwhile.
