I know... this render doesn't look very exciting. It's a simple scene. But what if I told you that the blanket draped here has a completely PROCEDURAL ripple (or zig zag) pattern?
I had an "AHA!" moment today that led to this. It's based on a striping pattern that I figured out a couple of months ago, but is something I had been wondering how to achieve.
