I'm not sure whether it should go here, or to the Hard Surface/Sci-Fi Weapon sculpting course. This is my latest attempt at making friends with sculpting in Blender: so far, I hate sculpting, and sculpting hates me. :-) Even this: I could've blocked the thing out in 1/10th of the time it took to sculpt. But Kent, how's that for the next challenge/exercise/course? Carving a wooden sculpture? It's a bit of an artistic challenge to convey the feeling of a real wood carving (as evident from my failure), not to mention combining both the organic and the hard-surface bits?
