So I started my free trial but It's not letting me watch anything unless its free.
It's telling me to upgrade my membership but when I go to it says that I already have citizen monthly.

Hey there, yes please contact us through the support email or through the chat. I don't see any pending tickets in our system regarding this (unless you're the member I recently replied to), so has this been resolved for you? If not let me know and I can look into it.
So there is no difference between the free trial and the free registration?

bbango Correct. You can sign up for a free account to explore the site and watch only the free videos, if I remember correctly. For what it's worth, in my personal experience, the membership is completely worth it.

What do you mean by that? A free trial doesn't mean the same as a free registration. Both do suggest totally different sevices.
However, I did contact the support and got a reply already.
