Try tuning down your denoising settings. The rendered tiles that are not yet denoised (the ones that you call "rendering") are on the edges, you see the denoiser seems to strongly change the final result. Here are the default values, it should reduce the bluriness you are seeing. Maybe increase also the amount of samples to compensate.
