i find some artifacts on the side of the boots. i dont quite understand why they're there, i've checked the vertices and there are no doubles, and the edges are also filled.
This is likely caused by the mirror modifier in combination of MultiRes.
Do you have X-Symmetry enabled in the sculpt settings? If so you'll want to disable that since you're using a mirror modifier.
