When we are adding in the circle for the orb, as soon as I move are scale the object in anyway my option to change the number of vertices dissapears, is there any way to change that? Version 2.78

The Operator panel settings are only available to the most recent action. You'll need to decide on the number of vertices you want before further transforming the circle.
