Why aren't my meshes updated after applying the MeshDeform modifier? You said I must press TAB after it's binded, but nothing happens. I'm using v2.78.

I figured it out. Just activate the mesh deform modifiers before adding the lattice modifier to the meshdef

Or just don't deform the lattice into a rectangle until you're finished adding the meshdeforms. So, you'll have to do it a little backwards from the video.

just reverse the steps, and it works.
Means, don't apply lattice first. Apply MeshDeform modifier first.
