I just have a query on Shrinkwrap, as far as i understand the selected mesh wraps around the targeted mesh. Why do we use it?what does it do? Can't you include a Introductory video on Shrinkwrap in "ESSENTIAL MODIFIERS" videos.

I will be doing a dedicated lesson on the Shrink-wrap modifier soon! In essence, though, the shrink-wrap modifiers alls you to snap a mesh onto the surface of another object, based on a project or simply the nearest surface point. Think of just like those vacuum-sealed travel bags you can get, which when you suck all of the air out of them they conform to the object(s) inside. The main use for a Shrink-wrap modifier is to make one objects shape conform perfect to another object. This can be useful for modeling more complicated object which still follow a basic shape.
  • So the object inside can go any alterations, and still be in the same shape as the mesh on top of it.Ok Thanks.
