This video was very intense. It took a while to just understand the purpose of baking for me. Very informative though, but I need to get more comfortable to the play between parallel layers. I also think it would have been good to see some more basic sample of why baking is made. Please don´t see this as bad critisism, this chapter is very good. But as I said also very intense and I think the painting video can be shortened. All shortcuts, paint modes etc. was too much at once. Very proffessional and high quality lessons though. Cheers!   • Watched it one more time. From 6.30 to 10.30, as far I understand we create a texture map from a much more complicated vertex geometry to apply this texture map onto a much more simple vertex geometry. Selections and "unhide our lower res shaded gizmo wich is on layer 2 and if I move this off to the right side". So this file contains 2 objects. That took a while for my smart-part in my low res brain to understand.
