Add UI addon on 2.8 version

hi, i have been installed this addon and check on preferencies, but i canot find his tool during the scuplpt view.  Someone to help? Thanks

    This addon has been out of development for (I think) more than 8 years and is not supported for 2.8. Use at least Blender 2.83 LTS and you'll have the Mask Extract feature and should be able to follow along.
