Left Hand refuses to adhere to IK

So I've been following the lessons since the first one and have hit a roadblock come episode three as despite placing a keyframe for Inverse Kinematics and creating a track for it, the left hand refuses to move from the side. It's parented to the right hand but I don't understand why it refuses to move. Any help is greatly appreciated

  • Never mind, turns out there was a keyframe in the "Rifle End" pose that involved the left hand. Thus it was locking it away from the rifle hold pose and subsequently affecting everything else. After removing specifically the left hand keyframe, everything worked as intended. So far the video series has been working great with only a few minor speed bumps.
