Another Baking Issue...

When Baking the normal map with Substance Painter I get this issue. I tried this bake before and it worked perfectly but I had to adjust some parts of the objects, however, I didn't change the area I get the problem in. The objects are named correctly and share the same position, I removed all doubles and the normals are pointing in the correct direction, all modifiers are applied too. I also don't see one of the objects looking different from the other so I don't understand why this happens. I currently spend more time with problem solving than actually texturing or modeling so if you have any idea please let me know.
