I also love me some VFX, merging CG elements with real life footage always gets an OH MY GOD out of people

Tough question.... I'd say modeling for me, but then I think of shading and texturing and I like that as well

  • Kevin (spiderhund)

I would say animation but I do enjoy sculpting a lot as well. Unpopular opinion: retopology is quite fun as well xD

  • Katerina Novakova(shiennar)

Sculpting at the moment, but I'd like to get to animation eventually.

For a pixar-y style, making the eyes larger would definitely help sell that cartoony look, will you do that?

Also, I think the ears may be a bit too far back, which might throw some things off.

    My two cents :)

Whoops journeyman , I meant Citizen, not just pro!

Maybe a photo of your son in a neutral expression would help in the sculpt, since what I can tell all the photos are of him smiling

Oh well, cheerio, hope the stream goes well ;)

In continuing with the project from the last stream, the goal this time is to complete the pixar-ification of my son's head sculpt. Come hang out with me as I work with Blender's digital sculpting tools and bring some questions for me to answer!
