Hi Wayne
Some times ago, when animating another models in work, I discovered, instead of manually matching bones, you can use function "copy visual location" and "visual rotation", this work most of the time very nice.
Option copy visual location and rotation is available, in Ctrl + C when you have a switch on add-on copy attributes menu (includes ass standard in Blender)

Which proxy goes with the cgc-box_rig and how do you implement it?
I've linked in the scene, rivet and his corresponding proxy & the cgc-box_rig. I am having a hard time setting up the proxy for the box. I have chosen all of the options from the screen shot and can't seem to get any ability to manipulate the box. Wayne, what might I be missing here? Thanks

I'm probably missing something obvious, but when I link in my characters, the box rig is much too large. When I scale down the root bone, it throws off the squash and stretch. The box squashes or stretches like crazy. Is there a way to scale the box differently? I checked the original box file, and it does the same thing.

i changed f81 to 0 for world/local and put cursor to selected to the hand on f80 but when i go to f81 and put selection to cursor the hand does not go to the same spot but is a little bit farther away from where it should be

Box rig not looking right.

Box rig not looking right.
When I link the cgc-box_rig the box is not box shaped. It looks like a diamond. I'm using 2.79b. I've tried a few things to fix it and nothing seems to help. I've tried to run the script again. Any suggestions?
