Mesh Modeling Exercise
Now that you’ve got the basics of mesh modeling down, let’s try and create our very first actual 3D model in Blender. We’ll be making the fuselage of a low-poly rocket to give you a head start on the “Build and Animate a Low-Poly Rocket” course, the next course in our Introduction to Blender learning flow.

What Screencast Keys plugin are you using ?
Hello there!
I`ve noticed that the Screencast Keys plugin is very nice but i can't find how to configure it exactly like you have it in the video.
(for example how to make it to display a rounded edge background and how to show the text you type for a rename for example)
Is this one: https://github.com/nutti/Screencast-Keys ?
I tried both 3.2 and unstable versions but the result isn't as yours no matter the options i try to change.
Thanks !

Weird clipping on nose cone when in Edit Mode
Hello :)
I have this issue that I'm not sure whether it is something normal or not. So, after modelling rocket nose cone, when in Edit Mode, I have this weird clipping issue. That exists only in Edit Mode; not in Object Mode.
Is that normal or have I done something incorrectly?

Edit Mode sekections & Mesh Edit tools
Prior to 2.8 you could use Ctrl-Tab to make a selection method, i.e. Vertex, Edge, Face. This functionality is changed to bring up the Mode Pie menu. Is there no shortcut key for Vert/Edge/Face selection.
Also when selecting a Mesh Edit tool from the Tool shelf is there no method for escaping/ending the operation. Also the function of some tools have changed, such as the Loop Cut when selected from the Tool shelf does not allow you to set the # of cuts with the scroll wheel, is this operation only available in the Tool Properties window

Overlapping Meshes Question
Does it cause an issue when rendering your model if you have mesh objects overlapping like the top of the rocket over the fuselage?
