Arnold arm. Final

Hi all. I am new to blender although I have been involved in draughting and modelling for engineering (CadCam), architectire and piping design for many years. This is my absolute first attempt at blender and sculpting. It's been a tough curve. I'm hoping someone can direct me to information which explains how to apply realistic skin. So far I've only found videos relating to pre-existing heads and they supply files specific for those heads. Those files show features but in an unwrapped fashion. I don't need that. I'd like to get good info on skin generally so that I may apply it to anything. Many Thanks, Roman.
