    Nice work, you're off to a great start! There are just a few awkward areas that I think you would learn a lot by fixing before moving on.

    It looks like you've tried to avoid poles in most places (awesome!), but poles are not inherently bad - you should just only use them when necessary. For example, the top sides would benefit from using a pole like this, such that you won't have loops squished together in the back: http://i.imgur.com/hY0jbPx.jpg

    Also, try to use a larger grid fill on the sides, so that there's not so much wasted geometry in the very center.
