    Here’s a couple notes to help you improve on this...
    -Weight. Try for a little bit more weight shift from side to side and pull the feet a little closer to the centreline.
    -When the toes are on the ground, watch the handles in the GE, make sure they stay on the ground and don’t bounce around.
    -Look for the knee pops and try to smooth them out as best you can. You might need to rest your eyes before being able to see this, so start on the next exercise and come back to this one.
