Thanks everyone! I've tried "fixing" it with/without a cage, with/without the Triangulate modifier, and basically every simplification of the Hi-poly model I can think of. I have many iterations of the file saved. The main difference between my Save files is what condition the hi-poly model is in as I continued tweaking it. I will upload two packed versions to the Community, if possible, to hopefully provide a general idea of where I started versus where I ended up. Maybe that will help connect the dots in between to figure out if I did something wrong, or how Sketchfab could produce this result. The most recent version of the file probably won't have the hi-poly model at all, I think I deleted/removed it so it would have no ability to affect the final output on Sketchfab.

Your bake looks quite good, so I'm not sure what is up with Sketchfab here. If you post the file to the Community I could take a look, but otherwise this is definitely a pass since I can see you did the work correctly 👍

This is weired and I would also want to know the solution to your problem.
Maybe jlampel or theluthier could help out?
