    It looks good, but has major issues:

    -You did not merge the tire pattern array properly (or at all), so the last pattern is fuzed to the first one.

    - The actual tire should not have that many polygons; the rim is the part that should be the most detailed, and it only has like 10 polygons, so it looks extremely undetailed when looked from a close distance.

    Add a subsurf modifier to the rim to increase the number of polygons and decrease the number of polygons on the tire so the polycount doesn't get too big.
