    Yep trying stuff is the best way to learn.
    But don't forget about all the stuff you have already learnt. Sometimes this happens when we are trying to focus on something new.

    Here's just a couple notes I can see on how you can make your animation even better.

    -Have a look at each jump and think about the character pushing off the ground by stretching, and also stretching on the landing to cushion the force. I can see a couple of spots where you are taking off from a squash position, or landing in the squash position.
    -Then look at the arcs. We are looking for nice parabolas. But that big jump onto the platform starts straight up, but then starts arcing to the right. How did that hapoen while he was in the air? You need to start the arc from the take off position.
    -Then when you are getting a running jump to take off from the end of the platform. Try to squash him as an antic while he is getting this run up. And don't let the horizontal spacing slow down just as you take off.
