Ball hopping

Exercises are a great way to test what you've learned given certain restraints, while getting feedback from your peers. Plus, they're a lot of fun!

    Hmm, the character is there, but don't forget about your timing and spacing Colin.
    When the ball jumps, it is exactly the same as the bouncing ball exercise. So remember where the big spacing gaps should be, and not to slow down before the ball hits the ground.
    And don't forget to add your antic before a big move. Like the first jump. Don't just take the top of the ball in a straight line, swoop around in an arc.
    Also take a look at the timing & spacing of this first jump. 7 frames to take of, which slows down before it hits full stretch, then takes off. If this was an arcing ball bounce, what would it look like?
    (think about all the jumps as well - most of them will be EXACTLY the same as the arcing ball exercise, but I'll let you figure out which ones)

    I think you've done an excellent job on all the exercises before this, but now it looks like you have reverted to your old way of know, back to when you didn't know about the principles ;)

    Hopefully, after pointing a couple of these things out, you will have that, "ah-ha! I get what Wayne was teaching me this stuff for" moment.
