2Sand dunes are built with procedural displacement.
3Your submission has your own flavor to it. i.e. not a direct copy of the tutorial result. Make it your own!
This exercise is a direct follow-up to the Sand Dunes Course. The goal here is simply to apply what you learned in the tutorial to generate your own unique sand dunes render.
NOTE: This course was recorded with an early build of Blender 2.8 that may differ slightly from the newest version. Still you should be able to follow the course well enough to accomplish the result. Ask questions if you get stuck.
- Watch the course if you haven't already.
- Apply the techniques in the course to generate your own unique procedural sand dunes.
- Render out a 1280x720 .JPG image of your dunes and submit with the Submit Exercise button above.
- NOTE: If you've already accomplished this exercise before it was officially a thing, you're welcome to submit what you did then.
