In this 2 part tutorial we will be creating a modern billboard, assign materials, render out an image with a few passes and then composite them together using Adobe Photoshop. This first part covers only the modeling stage of the billboard, the rest of the process will be covered in the second part of the tutorial.

Great tutorial so I had a go at it but used my own take on it. After some trial and alot of error being a complete novice in Modo I submitted my final render. No where near as good as yours but I don’t use photoshop since it costs way too much. Modo courtesy of Luxology trial. Need to talk someone in to buying it for a poor old man. :) Was great fun to do and I learned a great deal. Thanks for teaching me.
