Tip: Introduction to Sub-Surface Scattering in Modo

In this new tip tutorial we’re gonna discuss Sub-Surface Scattering (SSS) inside Modo 501. As an example we’re gonna take a look at a candle shader I have created for the purpose of this tutorial, and we will also go over what it takes to get a good looking SSS as well as what methods you can use to bring a more natural or unique look to your shader.
