Hi thanks for your comment, I know, maybe it can seems strange, but I like to create and record the video tutorials as a real life work session, with fixes, mistakes, changes, trying to do something in a way and then finding a different or better way to achieve it... :)

Alessandro, your tutorials are fabulous. For those who need more "polished" tuts, Luxology and VTC sell packages that will meet your needs, but they may be more "dry". I've bought them and they work. But ModoCookies tuts, Alessandro's in particular, are like observing a buddy working on his own projects, and learning from his "mistakes."

Nice tutorial , but what modo version are using? because it looks like you are doing this in a very hard way, you use the values on the right for sizing and moving. but is it very clear for me that you kbow what you are doing, very nice result in the end. Thanx again.

Hi,

Great tutorial. I have no problem with your accent. A have encountered serious problem with rendering scene on the sea simply my new Mac Mini 2.0 3GB RAM refused to render sea surface. Stuck (out of memory) only by making rendering settings very low quality started to render.

What processor do you have on your PC to render it with no problem and reasonably fast?

cheers,
Lecho

Thanks Bob for your comment. As you can hear, my accent is not so good, but I'm trying to improving it to give you a better service.
Some guys told me about the "sheen" problem, so now I know to say in the right way, and you can find it in the latest videos.
Stay tuned for the "tempest" tutorial, I'll work on it really soon.

Thanks again

Great work, Allessandro. Thank you for your efforts. Since I don't know how to use the Shader Tree very well, I have learned a lot by watching this tutorial. I, for one, would love to see how you create a storm at sea, as you have suggested.

If you don't mind a bit of constructive criticism, though, while your command of English is very good and I love to hear your accent, I have to admit I was confused for a time with your use of the word: 'sheen.' I finally realized that you were pronouncing the word 'scene.' Be aware that it is pronounced as 'seen' rather that 'sheen.'

Anyway, great job and I look forward to more!

Regards,
Bob
