That is frustrating you are running into the error. But I have seen this before on some users where I had to re-upload the video for it to work. Let me look more into it. *edit I did change the settings so hopefully that helps. We are working to get Tips added to Citizen. Though we do not have the source files for tips, we have received a few requests to download and have the ability to take around the video.
