What we’ll do
In “Creating candles” video we’ll model some different candles starting from a cylinder primitive, and using Graphite Modeling tools on it, sculpting all details with freeform tools. The flame will be created using a spline with lathe and some additional modifiers on it to simulate movement distorsion, a material will simulate lighting on it. Candle material will be prepared using a VRaySSS2 shader with some parameter adjustment. Final render will be done using VRay and exporting some passes to Fusion for final composition.
