Tiny train toy – Part 2

Introduction

In this part of Tiny train toy, we’ll continue working at the toy train scene we started past time, in this video we’ll focus on finishing the models and obtain the final render.

What we’ll do

In Part 2 of this tutorial series, we’ll continue working at the Tiny train toy scene. We’ll finish to model the train toy adding more pieces. These models will be created using standard primitives, edit poly, spline modeling, boolean operators and standard features. We’ll add some more shaders to simulate more wood material colors and we’ll add a rail model made of wood. We’ll work a little bit making a link system to be able to rotate the train pieces in the right way. Then we’ll tweak lighting to match the new scene scale, and we’ll work on the camera settings to find the best point of view to render final still image.

Thanks a lot. We’ll do something similar really soon, but it will be more complex and more realistic.
