Meteor with Pyrocluster

In this video for 3ds max we’ll continue working at the Meteor with Pyrocluster scene, finalizing it.

What we’ll do in this video

This time we have to tune everything to be ready for final rendering. First of all we have to speed up the rendering time, and we’ll take a look at some parameters that give us the possibility to maintain good quality and a very low rendering time. We’ll tweak the particle animation too, using some additional forces and changing some PFlow parameters. We’ll tweak the smoke color using two different gradients, and we’ll tweak all the scaling and noise values. Before launching final rendering process, we’ll adjust the noise animation adding a little bit of drift. All the frames will be rendered and saved as TIFF 16 bit, imported in Combustion to comp it using some additional effects as glow, flare, color correction, etc etc.

Thanks, you can play a little bit with the curve controlling the density/transparency in Pyrocluster.
