A video tutorial to talk about an other modifer in 3ds max. This time we’ll take a look at “Shell”, it is really useful to add thickness to a given mesh with simple parameters to control the depth amount, smoothing groups, material IDs and bevel details as number of sub steps and bevel curve profile. We’ll see how it can be useful creating a simple object and rendering it with and without it.

    Thanks for the comment, as you can see, many modifiers are really simple to be used but can give us powerful features to optimize workflow in 3ds max.
