In this tutorial we’ll see how to approach to fluid dynamic algorithm to simulate fire and smoke effects. We’ll try to create our 1st object in fire and we’ll add a smoke simulation generated by the fire combustion. The tutorial will cover beginner features of FumeFX under Autodesk 3ds max 2010, how to connect standard objects and lights to the simulation, how to controls the simulation parameters and the shading of the fire, we’ll take a look at the general lighting stuffs also.
