This is my 6th head on my goal to 100. I tried using a brush I made based on a brush in Artweaver for more of a traditional look. I was going to do my assessments at each 10 head mark but I think doing it at 5 will be better. I think 5 is enough to come up with some exercises to improve the next set.
Looks good.
But IMO the blurred reflection on the left side of the face doesn’t have the same flavor as the paint brush.
Thanks for the reply. I tried blurring it to have a soft quality to the light, but now I see how it draws attention to it because it isn’t in the same style as the rest of the image. It didn’t look bad before I blurred it so I should have left it. Thanks for the input!
