Eyes are one of my favorite things to draw. But I normally don’t draw them so realistically. I usually skim on the lashes and eye ridges. But eyes are an important part of a portrait. Knowing how to draw an eye correctly, really set the emotion for a portrait. Because if you’re smiling, and your eyes aren’t smiling, then you aren’t smiling.:) Eyes are the gateway to facial emotion.
