Hello and Welcome to this Eat Sheep Timelapse of the Desert World Select Screen with Tim Von Rueden
For this time-lapse I was given the task of creating the world select screens for our upcoming game, Eat Sheep. There is a farm, desert, and tundra level. So in this time-lapse I show you guys how I went about creating the second world select screen, the desert.
Total Time: 2 hours 40 mintutes
Software: Photoshop
Song Used: Kids Video Game 04
Below are some screens from the time-lapse
1. Fist I laid out a sketch of what elements I wanted to include in the scene.
2. Then I splashed some color into the piece, starting to get a feel for the mood.
3. Then a lot of clean up and detailing work follows.
4. The final result!

Nice
Just two questions, why are the guide lines there? (out of the image). And, where can I find that drawing you are using as wallpaper? It’s awesome! You made it, right?
Hey there, The guidelines are actually not for me but were created by Wes for knowing how big the sizing of everything needs to be on the actual iPad screen at the time. And yes the drawing that is set as my desktop in this video is mine, thanks for the compliment! Here’s a link for a full view of it: http://Tvonn9.deviantart.com/art/alone-216038717
Too cool, in a desert kinda way. Time-lapse is a good way to see process. Thanks for posting this.
Second the wallpaper, looks really neat. You did that, didn’t you?
Lol mhm, that is my doodle there in the background, check the link in the comment above for a full size view
Next time make a tutorial
